Our 75-hour well-being training program combines 35-hours of self-paced online content (that you can start immediately upon enrollment) with 40 hours of live training experience.
Our next training class begins September 15, 2019, meeting select Sundays from 7 - 9 pm Eastern Time via Zoom (like Skype). All Sunday seminars are conducted by video -- so you can see your instructor and your classmates in real time (just as you would in an in-person class). You will also have access to class recordings, so you can review the material from the live seminars.
Upon successful completion of all program requirements you will receive a certificate of completion from YogaMed suitable for framing.
This program is approved as a training program by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching.
You will also earn eligibility to take the National Board Exam in Health and Wellness Coaching. Additional coaching practicum is also required; please see the NBHWC website or email us at letsgetcentered (a) gmaill.com if you have questions about these requirements).
This program is also approved as a YACEP program by the Yoga Alliance - enabling current Yoga Teachers to receive continuing education credits.
If you have additional CEC's (continuing education credits) to pursue beyond those listed here, please email our team to explore your options.
We limit enrollment to ensure student success. This enables our instructor to give you the time and attention you deserve while you are committing to your training journey. All classes are currently taught by Dr. Suzie Carmack, PhD, who has 28 years of experience teaching in university settings as well as 16 years of experience in teacher and coach training.
