In this no-risk free trial session I will:

  • Ask you to tell me more about you and your (or your organization's) current well-being challenges
  • Invite you to participate in a goal-setting exercise with me that will help you to know the next steps that you can take to address your well-being challenge/s (which may or may not involve working with me)
  • Help you to set a positive intention for the rest of your day -- with a brief "Genius Break" (mindfulness or mindful movement) practice.‚Äč
