  • Saturday 9 am - 5 pm: YOGA WISELY: In day 1 of this interactive and inspiring live online coach training, you'll leaarn a safe and surprisingly simple system for coaching clients to practice yoga wisely -- even when they have medical concerns, using Dr. Carmack's Traffic Light Method. You'll receive real-time feedback on your coaching, and learn new techniques for modifying 40 postures with the chair (red zone), blocks (yellow zone) and mat (green zone)! 
  • Sunday 9 am - 5 pm EST: YOGA FOR ONE: Building on the success of day 1 we will explore strategies for coaching clients to thrive through the practice of lifestyle medicine. Author Dr. Carmack will share with you the same strategic, scientific, and simple six-step process she shares in her new book Yoga for One, so you can help your clients (and yourself) to live an optimal lifestyle of centered well-being.  
  • You'll leave the two-day weekend "retreat-style" training with tools for practicing and coaching yoga wisely (for yourself and your clients).
  • You will receive a certificate of completion after the weekend, certifiying you as a YogaMedco Yoga Coach.
