Each day offers you a brand-new intention-based practice in our ad-free platform -- with all practices under 30 minutes and modificaitons for every body (even beginners!)

  • Sunday: Set clear intentions for your week during our stress management and self-leadership strategy session. Each week you will receive support on setting a positive intention for the week and clarifying your personal priorities and goals.

  • Monday: Boost your mindset and set your weekly intention with mindful self-compassion practices --before the start of a busy workweek.

  • Tuesday: Learn strategies for making yoga more accessible (for yourself or your clients) with our chair yoga practices. Options are included for both seated and standing chair practices -- great for those who need chair support for stability AND those who want to practice during the work day (in school or office environments).

  • Wednesday: Strengthen your core and align with your core values through Pilates-inspired yoga. You'll learn how to care for your spine and prevent injuries from non-supported yoga practices.

  • Thursday: Energize and build upper-body strength with dynamic Vinyasa yoga flows. These upper-body focused practices will challenge your strength and cardiovascular stamina -- while offering modificaitons when needed so you can listen to your body.

  • Friday: Calm your nervous system and unwind with restorative yoga, a gentle practice designed for deep relaxation. If you have trouble relaxing during yoga practices, these days will teach you new and successful strategies for calming yourself that you can use on and off the mat.

  • Saturday: Reflect and recharge with guided journaling prompts for self-coaching and stress relief. These sessions boost emotional intelligence and encourage positive change over time - in a supportive and judgement-free zone that empowers real transformation!
