  • Every Thursday you'll learn how to practice yoga on a mat, using a more vigorous vinyasa (power) practice, focused on upper body strength and cardiovascular stamina.
  • Every Friday you will experience a nervous system reboot with a relaxing and restorative yoga practice. These practices offer the benefits of a guided meditation combined with strategies for releasing tension throughout the mind and body.

  • Every Saturday every week you have an opportunity to reflect on the week before, and your practices of yoga on the mat and lifestyle medicine of the mat. Before this summer, when I enjoyed the course on my staycation, I felt a great need for self-care and faced burnout. I've been taking small, easy steps to restore myself, and these resources help me remember who I am to pour life and grace into myself as well as self-care so I can continue serving others with this fullness of joy that is my nature. This course has been a SOLID for me as I entered the course having damaged my back slightly from caregiving a family member. Today I was amazed with my strong powerful finish and how good my right hip feels and the strength in my left hand and shoulder.
