In this tailored training experience, the ICM team will first assess your team's culture with our proprietary assessment. We will then custom design a leadership development and team culture training experience based on your results. Every team member will conclude the training knowing how they can personally and collectively practice communication medicine using Dr. Carmack's evidence-based framework for coaching.
