After spending over 20 years wearing three professional hats -- one as a professor of lifestyle medicine, one as a yoga teacher and one as a leadership coach -- I had a wild and wierd idea. I wanted to bring my passions for the practices of yoga, lifestyle medicine and coaching together into one streamlined and strategic coaching method. So I called it YogaMedCo - and put it out there as a professional training option. 

How could I have known that my wierd and wild idea would resonate so deeply with professionals from all three fields?! Since 2018 over 500 coaches from 5 continents have certified in the YogaMedCo yoga coaching method -- and we are just getting started!
