Ocean View Room Double Occupancy

This registration is for an Oceanview (Window) Cabin on the Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas (Round Trip Miami) for the YogaMedCo Genius Break Away February 11-15, 2027

Please review the following policies carefully before registering!

Your total retreat registration fee is $999, for an oceanview window cabin, double occupancy (shared) room. This requires the sharing of a room with another guest. This fee will cover your retreat experience and your cruise aboard the Freedom of the Seas but does not include the following:

• Travel to and from Miami, and hotel nights on either end
• Government taxes, port fees and gratuities
• Alcohol, specialty dining and beverage packages
• Shore excursions in Grand Turk
• Travel insurance, which we recommend for everyone

If you and a friend wish to room together, please register separately and then email our team at [email protected] to let us know who you request to room with.

If you would like to register in a double occupancy room, but do not yet have a roommate, please register and then email us to let us know. We will then match you with another genius who is seeking a roommate in the same category.

Regarding your deposit (today's payment):

• Your deposit will secure your slot for the retreat until November 1, 2026. At that time, the balance of your retreat investment  ($699) will be due.
• If you need to cancel your plans with us you can do so before November 1, 2026 and receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee ($200 total returned to you).
• If you do not complete your payment in full, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit, less $100 processing fee, will be refunded ($200 total returned to you).
