Featured study Coaching pediatricians for well-being Academic Pediatrics, 2025

During the pandemic, a group of pediatricians took part in six months of Dr. Suzie’s coaching, which pairs movement with conversation. Their well-being improved significantly, and more than half improved by 10 points or more on a standard well-being scale.
